Every five years, schools and social halls stand as civic beacons of hope and shield's that protect and preserve liberty. This year, the Utendaji Fellowship invites alumni leaders who served as prefects, captains, head boys and girls from schools across Nyali to answer to the call as the face and organizers of the next generation's leadership, liberty and destiny.

WHAT IT IS
Mimi ni Mtendaji is a diligent governance model of leadership rooted in Kenya's Constitution — turning conviction into action for the wellbeing of family, community and nation. The Fellowship is a formal cohort of every constituency's former school leader organized within each ward, built to become its new cadre of civic and electoral mobilisers.
WHAT A FELLOW DOES
Builds the civic network within your neighborhood — households, traders, students, employees, investors — and leads it in registering voters and turning them out. Champions their ward's priorities between elections, not just during them.

Frere Town was founded in 1875 by people freed from slavery, who built their own community — school, church, and a bell that called them together — from nothing. 2027 is that same work, this time as a bigger community's unfinished business: the year Nyali either continues to be built hand in hand, ward by ward, or is left to others. The Fellowship is how this generation answers that bell.
